Senior AI Engineer — Agentic Systems

Build the agentic AI systems that power our clients' most demanding production workloads — government and enterprise deployments where reliability isn't optional. You'll work across the full stack: model integration, workflow orchestration, and the infrastructure that keeps agents running against real operational data, not demo datasets. This is a hands-on engineering role on a small, senior team. You'll own systems end to end, from architecture decisions to what ships to production.

• 4+ years building production ML/AI systems
• Strong Python, comfortable with LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Experience with workflow orchestration (LangGraph, Temporal, or similar)
• Solid grasp of system design — this isn't a notebook-only role
• Bonus: experience in regulated or government-facing environments
